Many inspirational authors like Stephen Chandler and numerous others, highly recommend combining a physical target with another triumph or personal transformation objective. The practice of Yoga combines these two aspects from day one. This makes Yoga a perfect companion to additional sorts of therapy.
Western science has revealed an astonishing amount of links between exercising and mental health. This wouldn’t surprise a Yoga practitioner even thousands of years ago. In his book Integral Life, he mentions the need to address the entire individual in a holistic, multi-level way. Ken calls this selection of strategies a “transformational discipline” and recommends that this approach will be the science of the impending century in regards to helping individuals reach peak performance.
